The worship committee at Peace is the cornerstone of our worship service. From New Testament time, the assembly of Christians around Word and Sacrament has been a communal form of prayer.
Worship is the one time when all members of a congregation join together in a common purpose—to worship and thank God for the grace he has given to all in Word and Sacrament.
Because worship is at the heart of a congregation’s life, our worship committee help's educate those charged with worship responsibilities.
We have many responsibilites assoiciated with our worship:
· Acolytes
· Altar Guild
· Assisting Ministers
· Greeters
· Nursery Care
· Ushers
